I started at the gym with Spida about a year ago. I would go every week day morning at 6am and Spida would be there to greet me and support me, through the good times and the bad.I found him willing to listen to my needs. I approached Spida 14 months ago with the aim of getting some specific training to reach my goal of making the NZ Aussie Rules Football team for the AFL World Cup in Melbourne 2002 . He developed a personalized training plan that was modified every 4-6weeks to address specific body areas and movements. I achieved my goal and was selected in the team some after eight months of training with his program.I would thoroughly recommend Spida's help because of his knowledge of physical training programs, his ability to adapt them to particular sports and modify them for further results once training has begun.

After 10 years plus of going to aerobic classes I have joined the gym to be more focused on my aim of losing weight and gaining a better body shape. It's been less than a month and I have had very pleasing results immediately. My clothes are definitely looser around my butt and thighs, and I've lost 2 kg's. I've also had a couple of comments from friends who have already noticed that I have lost some weight. That Definitely made me feel good!I've found the programme easy to follow and the gym environment much better than my preconceived thoughts.
