What is Semi Private Training?
Semi Private Training is where we train clients like you in a small private group setting of 1-3 people at a time.
So nothing is different then your 'traditional' model of 1 on 1 except there are 2 other people looking to achieve their own goals!

Where we look at your physical body, lifestyle, nutrition, mental and emtional well being. The whole is greater then the part and we at EHP are about Intergrating all of you, not just the phyiscal you!
What about the safety of me when doing the exercises?
In my experience, if someone has to watch every single rep to see if it’s down “safely” then the exercise is too advanced for the individual e.g. if you require EHP to supervise every rep of your pushup then the way the pushup is performed is to complex for you at this point and time which comes back to having a proper programme design.
