The DVD got my attention immediately as soon as I saw the warm up and Jason was sweating like hell! I really like the work with the med ball, normally I have been relying on heavy bench press as my chest work out. I could normally bench about 110 but really struggled on the med ball press ups! I also enjoyed the approach to the 3 min round basically destroying you with exercises then taking your last bit of energy on the pads. The 6 rounds tore me apart, I am already experiencing increases in power in my punches and kicks but especially punches after only TWO workouts!I found the single legged squats to be awesome, I can already see the difference in my leg strength in the first week of using these workouts, I’m looking forward to see how strong I am in a month!!!!
