I’m soooo Hungry

What you eat directly impacts your FAT LOSS goals, there's no "maybe" with this one, it's fact!! Often when people start their journey of fat loss & add resistance training into this they notice that want to eat more then normal!!
This is not a bad thing actually this is NORMAL, after all you have increased the amount of work you do in terms of training & your body is wanting fuel to provide you with energy & or it's working harder to repair your body which means burn more bodyfat!
Now here's where the problem lies & the 2 equations below tell 2 different stories!!!
Option A) Increase Training = Increase in Bad Food consumption = Possible success (but not as much as what is possible if at all!)
This is the mindset of, I train so it's ok to have my cake and eat it too!!
Option B) Increase Training = Increase in BETTER Food consumption = Fat Loss Success!
Which option do you prefer that will ensure you get your results you deserve, no brainer Option B!
So the next time you reach for your cake, ask yourself if this is going to support you in your goal or not, Yes or No?
The "stuff" in between the "yes or no" is your story of how you are justifying it to yourself, that's a different article for another day!
