Who and What is EHP?

I first starting seeing Spida about my knee as I had had multiple dislocations of it which ultimately lead to knee reconstruction in 2003 as a result of playing netball.

In early 2004 I was training in the gym doing rehab exercises and an all over body workout. I hired Spida in August 2004 and since following Spida’s training programmes I have had far more then I ever expected, not only is my knee better then it ever has been (even though I hired the best Personal Trainer in my area at the time of the first knee surgery!)

I’ve lost a clothes size from a 12 to a 10 in the first 8wks of training and increased my fitness and strength to play touch, tennis and netball, where I’m performing better then before my injury.

Spida has delivered more then what I have ever thought possible and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is looking to increase their health and wellbeing through physical exercise.

I trained with Spida for approximately 3 months, in which time I saw immediate results and reached my intended goals. Spida played a pivotal role in this process. I lost body weight, increased strength, and muscle size as well as overall fitness. I believe that at the end of the three months I was in the peak condition I had ever been in. I can confidently recommend Spida as an excellent "Personal Trainer" for anyone at any level of fitness and ability.
