A Day in the Life of Spida MMA Debut

I recorded a Day in the Life of Spida!! This video is 4wks out from the Supremacy 7 MMA event & I wanted to share some of what I do in preparation for my first MMA debut.


I've got some training footage for you which I'm currently editing of this mornings & last weeks session for you to take and use but first get an "intellectual" understanding of how I roll with a Day in the Life of Me :-)
